The length of the audio you upload. A 12 minute recording uses 12 minutes, whatever language or mix of languages it is in. Voiceover minutes are counted separately and come with Power and Studio.

Every plan translates. The number of languages you can translate one conversation into depends on the plan: 1 on Free, 3 on Pro and 10 on Power, Studio and Enterprise. Translating into a language you have already translated to is free.

Yes, from your account. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves you to Free. Upgrades start right away; a downgrade starts at your next billing date.
Buy a top-up. Top-up minutes are used after your plan's monthly minutes and never expire, so nothing goes to waste if a quiet month follows a busy one. Plan minutes cost less per minute than top-ups, so if you top up most months, the next plan up is the better deal.
