What Logatra collects

• Account details such as your name, email, profile image, login provider, preferences, and subscription status.
• Audio you upload, along with transcripts, summaries, chat, and speaker labels generated from it.
• Payment and subscription identifiers from Razorpay. We never see your full card, UPI, or bank details.
• Security and operations data such as logs, rate limits, and error reports.

How Logatra uses your data

• To transcribe, translate, provide chat, summaries, and voice playback.
• To enforce plan limits, handle billing, remember preferences, and provide support.
• To investigate abuse, debug issues, measure reliability, and meet legal obligations.
• Logatra does not train its own models on your content.

AI sub-processors

• Sarvam AI for speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
• OpenAI for chat, translations, and summaries. Requests go directly to the OpenAI API and are not used to train OpenAI models.
• Sarvam operates under contractual no-retention and no-training terms.

Model-improvement preference

Your model-improvement preference controls whether new sessions are recorded with training allowed set to false.

Regardless of this preference, Logatra never allows OpenAI or Sarvam to train on your content.

Retention

• Sessions and audio are retained while your account is active unless you delete them.
• The delete source audio option removes uploaded files but keeps transcripts.
• Operational logs are retained longer for security, accounting, legal, and abuse prevention.
• Account deletion removes your data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

Export, deletion, and correction

You can delete individual sessions from your dashboard, and request export, deletion, or correction of your data by email at [email protected].

Security

Logatra uses account authentication, ownership checks, signed URLs, transport encryption, and server-side controls. Do not upload content you are not authorized to process.

Children

Logatra is not intended for use by anyone under 18. Report any such use to [email protected].

Service

Logatra provides transcription, translation, chat, summaries, and voice. Output may contain errors depending on input quality, language, speaker clarity, and model behavior.

Your responsibilities

• Only process content you have the right to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or sensitive content without authority.
• Do not bypass rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, or interfere.
• Keep your credentials secure.

Subscriptions and payments

• The free plan has limits described on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay and renew until cancelled. Top-up minutes are one-off purchases that never expire.
• Cancel anytime from the app; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Prices are in Indian rupees.
• Refunds are reviewed case-by-case at [email protected].

Ownership

You own your uploaded audio, transcripts, and outputs. Nemukai owns the interface, branding, and code.

Liability

Logatra is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
